Southwire

To whom it may concern;

Southwire is a multinational industrial wire manufacturer, which has locations throughout the country as well as overseas. With an excess of 5.5 Billion in sales in 2017 Southwire is ranked by Forbes as Americas 70th largest private business. Our 5500 plus employees are our most valuable asset and their safety is our top priority.

One Southwire Approach to Systems;

Implantation/Installation: Southwire has decided based on cost analysis and usability to standardize all low voltage systems, installations and maintenance. As budget allows and or systems fail SW is implementing standardized integrated systems enabling users to monitor/administer all systems via a single platform as well as having a single point of contact for maintenance, support and monitoring. AdaptToSolve (ATS) has been working with Southwire (SW) since 2010 to design and implement these systems, recently ATS has standardized all the access control and surveillance systems company wide.

Planning: ATS lays out the new facilities from a security/life safety integrators point of view. We utilize the skills they have acquired over the years to make new systems both user friendly and cost effective. By involving the site contacts and ATS we maximize coverage and system use while simplify installation and maintenance.

Monitoring/Testing: We are currently migrating all our systems to ATS monitoring this allows the department heads and managers to make one call to place their systems on test and or enter a service ticket if needed. Regardless of location the procedure is the same, the site simply calls our office or emails a work order (Support@AdaptToSolve.com). For testing purpose the users can call monitoring directly, enter their customer number (assigned by ATS) and password then place the system(s) on test avoiding any delay and a service call. *** For Fire Alarm systems cannot be placed in test for more than 4 hours at a time without approval.

Maintenance: To have an effective and reliable system maintenance is required. ATS has been recently chosen to handle all the service work for our low voltage systems company wide. By standardize the maintenance of these systems we have a single source for all our needs.

Conclusion:

Southwire is looking forward to continuing our partnership with AdaptToSolve to keep implementing standard systems through out our facilities. We appreciate the timely manor and professionalism that ATS handles our accounts with and look forward to continued growth.
